2024/25 State Track and Field Championships
The 2024/25 State Track and Field Championships will be held at Casey Fields, Cranbourne on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th March 2025.

Age Groups: U9 – U17 Athletes
Please Note: Dogs are NOT permitted within the venue (with the exception of service dogs with the appropriate paperwork).
Entry Requirements
Athletes wishing to qualify for the State Track and Field Championships must qualify via the Coles Region Track and Field Carnivals (as per Rule 604 of the Competition Regulations) with the exception of Under 16 and Under 17 athletes competing at Week 1 of the Athletics Victoria State Championships (see below).
Due to the clash between the Region Carnivals and the first week of the Athletics Victoria State Championships, for the 2024/2025 season only, Under 16 and Under 17 athletes can qualify for the LAVic State Track & Field Championships via the first week of the AV State Championships. For further details including qualification requirements, please refer to Rule 604.11 in the Competition Regulations HERE. Any enquiries regarding qualification for Under 16/17 athletes can be directed to brett.johnstone@lavic.com.au.
There are no exemptions for direct entry into the State Track and Field Championships.
Athlete Event Scratchings
As the athlete event scratching portal is now closed, no further changes can be made to the athlete entries.
If an athlete can no longer attend the event, we request that this information is supplied directly to the Centre / Team Manager. This information is used to assist the Centre with allocation of Centre Duties, as well as submitting a scratch form to the relevant call room, on the day of competition.

Event T-Shirt
Athletes have the opportunity to purchase a 2025 State Track & Field Championships commemorative shirt to mark the occasion – athletes and their families should be extremely proud of their efforts in participating at the 2025 State Track & Field Championships.
Event Pickup Shirt Orders will close on Thursday 6th of March at 11am.
