Centre Proxy / Alternate Delegate

Centre Delegates – prior to 3:00 p.m. 19th July

Please use your Centre login to register your Delegates for the 2025 LAVic AGM, a maximum of 2 delegates can be nominated. This can be completed within 7 days prior to the AGM.

Additional copies of the 2025 AGM Agenda & 2024 AGM Draft Minutes (electronic) can be downloaded – references to the electronic copies are available via the registration portal.

Delegate registration closes at 3:00pm on 19th of July (7 days prior to the AGM).

Changes to Centre delegates after registration closes must be made in writing to the CEO (office@lavic.com.au) not less than 48 hours before the General Meeting.

Delegates electing to attend via Zoom videoconference will be sent a link in the days preceding the AGM.

A maximum of two delegates from each Centre can vote on each general motion (3 in total); a maximum of one delegate per Centre can vote on Constitutional motions (21 in total).

When registering more than one delegate, Centres must indicate which single delegate will vote on the Constitutional motions on behalf of the Centre.

Voting will occur via an electronic voting system and instructions will be forwarded to voting delegates prior to the AGM.

Observer or Life Governor (Honorary Member)

Click on the Observer or Life Governor (Honorary Member) option depending on your title. You will be required to provide your name and required registration details. Observers / Life Governors electing to attend via Zoom videoconference will be sent a link in the days preceding the AGM.

Observers / Life Governors registrations will close at 9 am on Friday 25th July.
