2026 Annual General Meeting
The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place at the Western Grounds but, also will take place virtually for those that cannot be in attendance at the Western Grounds.

Time: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Location: Western Grounds and Online (via Zoom)
Important: The management of the Western Grounds advises that guests must depart venue for the interim period between the AGM and LAVic Gala Dinner.
Timetable
12:00 pm – Doors open (lunch on arrival) – Guest networking
12:15 – 2:30 pm – Presentations: LAVic, Australian Athletics, Little Athletics Australia, Coles, Dreamjar Marketing and more
2:30 pm – Annual General Meeting – Sign-In / Doors open
3:00 pm – Annual General Meeting – Commences
4:30 pm – Annual General Meeting – Concludes (approximately)

Affiliated Centre Delegates – prior to 3:00 p.m. 18th July
Please use your Centre login to register your Delegates for the 2026 LAVic AGM, a maximum of 2 delegates can be nominated. This can be completed within 7 days prior to the AGM.
Additional copies of the 2026 AGM Agenda & 2025 AGM Draft Minutes (electronic) can be downloaded – references to the electronic copies are available via the registration portal.
Delegate registration closes at 3:00pm on 18th of July (7 days prior to the AGM).
Changes to Centre delegates after registration closes must be made in writing to the CEO (office@lavic.com.au) not less than 48 hours before the General Meeting.
Delegates electing to attend via Zoom videoconference will be sent a link in the days preceding the AGM.
Observer or Life Governor (Honorary Member)
Click on the Observer or Life Governor (Honorary Member) option depending on your title. You will be required to provide your name and required registration details. Observers / Life Governors electing to attend via Zoom videoconference will be sent a link in the days preceding the AGM.
