Access Centre Results!

RESULTSHQ BY TIMING SOLUTIONS

Each Centre uses ResultsHQ by Timing Solutions to capture its weekly results at a Centre competition.

ResultsHQ communicates directly with our registration portal and collect details of ‘competitive members’ (those who have paid / had proof of age verified/recorded).

Access to results HQ is slightly different to your membership where it requires you to login with your primary email address that you used during registration, this will become your username for ResultsHQ.

Results are uploaded by your Centre after each weekly competition. This can take a couple of days, so it is important to provide the Centre adequate time to check all results before they are uploaded to ResultsHQ. Please remember results only start recording after you have been issued with your member registration patch.

New Members: Once you have logged into ResultsHQ you will need to complete a couple of simple steps to activate the viewing of results, these include confirming x 2 different parent / guardians for the ability to view results.

Returning Members: If you have changed your primary email address from the previous season, you will not be able to see your prior results as the system would not recognise the change. Please communicate with us directly for additional help, if this is the case.

End of Season results – Achievement Book

A customisable ResultsHQ achievement book with all of the athletes’ season results will be available at the end of the season to download. A separate book is available for each competitive member. Further information will be communicated at the end of the season regarding achievement books.

Please send an email to support: support@timingsolutions.com.au (confirm the old email and the new email details (primary and secondary account holders) so Timing Solutions can merge all previous profiles with the new profile. You will receive a ticket request number and response once the updated has been completed.

Please allow up to 48 hours from successfully completing a Little Athletics registration, for an account to become available before making contact with the Little Athletics Victoria office.

Results are not always live and depending on how your Centre records them on competition days, it may take a little while for them to be put into the system.

How do I access my ResultsHQ account?2021-11-26T11:26:41+11:00

ResultsHQ accounts are automatically created for you once your registration is paid online and proof of age has been provided to your Centre.

These accounts are automatically made once you successfully complete a Little Athletics registration at one of our affiliated Centres. Your email will be linked based on the primary email address provided when you pay for your registration. It is important to make sure all family members are registered with the same primary email address.

Please allow up to 48 hours for an account to become available before making contact with the Little Athletics Victoria office or your Centre.

ResultsHQ communicates directly with our registration portal, which means that your primary email address that you used during registration, will become your username for ResultsHQ.

You’ll need to enter the email address into the forgotten password page linked above. You will then receive an email with details on how to access your account.
