• Close all previous GameDay tabs or browser windows on your device, as they may interfere with the registration process.
• Ensure you are using the correct 24/25 Coles Region Track and Field registration link HERE.
• If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different device or browser.

One week of competition is defined as being organised by an affiliated Centre (weekly competition), Region (Relays) or the Association (State Combined, State Relays). If still in doubt contact the office. Note: Training is not approved ‘competition’.

There are no exemptions permitted for direct entry into the State Track & Field Championship.

Absolutely not, there are no limits to event entries at regional carnivals we welcome all age eligible (U9 – U17) qualified financial members. The total number of entries in track events will be split over even (randomly seeded) timed finals (if required). All results regardless of the number will then be tabled together with the results being listed from fastest (track) / longest measured (field events). The maximum field reference only relates to the ‘State Championships’ based on results from all regional carnivals.

U9-U17 athletes must compete in their correct age group.

Yes, you can send us an email to office@lavic.com.au to edit your entered events. Events cannot be changed once entries close 11:00am – Wednesday 29th January 2025.

Yes, however, a maximum of 5 events can be entered. If you have already completed an entry for 3 events please login and register for the subsequent event/s as a separate entry.

To enter the 24/25 Coles Region Track and Field Carnivals, the athlete must be registered with a Little Athletics Victoria Centre for the 24/25 season. If you are receiving the ‘No available products’ error, please try the following:

• Check that your child is registered with Little Athletics Victoria Centre for the 24/25 season.
• Use the same email address to login to the Region Track and Field Carnivals entry form that you used to complete their 24/25 Membership form.

If the above options don’t work, please contact office@lavic.com.au with the full name of the child you are trying to enter.

To view the event/s you have registered for, please check the confirmation email you received after completing your entry. This email includes all the details of your entry. Look for the subject line: Payment Receipt & Passes/Tickets for 24-25 Coles Region Track and Field Carnivals.
