2025/26 State Track and Field Championships
The 2025/26 State Track and Field Championships will be held at Knox Park Athletics Centre, Knoxfield on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March 2026.

Location: Knox Park Athletics Centre, Knoxfield (Google Maps)
Age Groups: U9 – U17 Athletes
Please Note: Dogs (apart from service dogs with appropriate paperwork) are NOT permitted within the venue. Dogs are not permitted at any Little Athletics Victoria event, please ensure you remind your parents, as they will be asked to leave if they arrive with a dog.
Entry Requirements
Athletes must qualify through the 2025/26 Coles Region Track and Field Carnivals. There are no exemptions for direct entry into the State Track and Field Championships.
Athlete Event Scratchings
Following the Coles Region Track & Field Carnivals, a provisional list of progressions will be released and a link to a scratching form provided. Athletes appearing on the provisional progressions that will not be competing at the State Championships for any reason are asked to complete the scratching form to remove them from that event(s) and enable that place(s) to be offered to another athlete(s). Once an athlete scratches from the event, they cannot be reinstated.
Following the close of the scratching period, a final list of progressions will be published. No further progressions will be added after this date. If an athlete can no longer attend the event, we request that this information is supplied directly to the Centre / Team Manager. This information is used to assist the Centre with allocation of Centre Duties, as well as submitting a scratch form to the relevant call room, on the day of competition.

Event Shirt
Athletes will have the opportunity to purchase a 2025/26 State Track & Field Championships commemorative shirt to mark the occasion – athletes and their families should be extremely proud of their efforts in participating at the 2025/26 State Track & Field Championships.
