Age groups for the 2023-24 season are based on how old the athlete is as of the 31st December 2023.
Important: Athletes born in 2019 (between January and July) must wait until they have had their 5th birthday before registering for the 23/24 Season, please note they will repeat U6 in the next calendar season of 24/25).
Those born in 2019 between August and December must wait until the 24/25 season to be eligible to register and participate at Little Athletics.
