Tom Gamble /

Tom Gamble is an Australian representative athlete, having competed at both World Junior and Senior Championships in the 4x100m relay. Contesting the individual 100m at the Universiade Championships in Russia and Korea, Tom has a PB of 10.28, and may be known to many as Athletics Victoria’s State Teams Leader. In this session, Tom will talk about development pathways for participants post Little Athletics.

In this session, former JDS member and Australian representative athlete, Sam Prime, runs through the basics of sports nutrition, teaching us how to fuel our bodies for optimal performance and recovery.
