Women’s sport participation often sees a decline in early adolescence, with almost twice as many girls dropping out of sport by age fourteen, when compared to boys. Sometimes, a lack of knowledge and understanding of common health and wellbeing issues can influences these decisions, as noticed by physiotherapist and founder of The Live Life Whole Project, a preventative health education program, Megan Dickinson. In this session, Megan sets to answer a number of questions frequently asked during her in school workshops, alongside a number of questions posed to coaches and support team members.

Please note: This session includes information about, and references to mature themes including, but not limited to the menstrual cycle and body image. Parental discretion is advised.

In this session, resident JDS Pilates extraordinaire, Emma Addison leads an online Pilates class that can be taken from the comfort of your own home. The session requires no specialised equipment.
