The Jamieson Junior Girls 1500m and Hillardt Junior Boys 1500m will be taking place at the 2021 Melbourne Track Classic tonight at Lakeside Stadium.

The two events have been held at either the Zatopek:10 or Melbourne Track Classic meets since they were introduced in 2011. Both named after prominent distance runners, Michael Hillardt and Sarah Jamieson.
