It is most likely you have registered your children separately and or they have a different primary email address assigned in Gameday Classic (registration system) – please contact the LAVic office (phone during business hours 03 9960 8600 or email office@lavic.com.au). So, the email account for all athletes can be synced and then updated in the results system.
